We need a new sales associate! Are you passionate about retail? Driven by the challenges of working in a warehouse? Then we need you on our team. We're now hiring summer staff who can work when our regular employees are on vacation. This is a 50% position (approximately 20h/week, with opportunity for extra hours) and you'll work a varied schedule during store hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-20:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00. During merchandise deliveries, you may start work at 06:00, which could also apply to this role. The work will primarily take place during the period June 1 - August 31, with the possibility of extension after summer. It would be great if you wanted to join us and develop Rusta together! Your Role as Sales Associate Working in a Rusta warehouse is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No two days are the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to merchandise stocking and reorganizing store departments. Your responsibilities as a sales associate: to always prioritize customer focus and sales as the first priority and to help achieve and exceed the warehouse's sales and profitability targets. to work efficiently with cashier operations, warehouse displays, pricing, inventory management, and stocking (including inventories). to maintain order and organization.
