Your Role As a Pipe Fitter, you will work on maintenance and installation of vessels with a high technical level and complexity. The work is varied and provides excellent opportunities to develop your craft and professional skills. Your tasks include: Manufacturing of custom-made components Maintenance work Renovation and reconstruction of the Navy's surface vessels The work is performed both aboard vessels and in the workshop. Domestic travel may occur. Your Profile To be eligible for this role, you have: Education in plumbing or welding Experience and knowledge in TIG and soldering methods Several years of professional experience The work requires that you can express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, and hold at least a B-category driver's license. Meritorious qualifications for the position include: Lift certificate and experience in lift operation Experience with crane, truck, and mobile platform work, heavy lifting operations. Experience processing materials through drilling, turning, milling, and threading To fit in at Saab Muskö, it is important that you have the right attitude, strong drive, and the desire to develop.
