The position is combined with work at one of our after-school care departments. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a resource pedagogue, you work closely with one or more students in our classrooms and function as support throughout the school day. You collaborate closely with classroom teachers and the student support team to create good conditions for students' learning and development, while contributing to structure, security, and study peace in the classroom. The position also includes work at the school's after-school care where you, together with colleagues, plan, implement, and develop the activities. You help strengthen students' social and pedagogical development both during school hours and in after-school care. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have education as a childcare worker, student assistant, or other relevant education, and experience working with students in need of special support. You are well versed in the school's and after-school care's governing documents and mission, and have the ability to implement these in practice in your daily work. You work structurally and can adapt your pedagogical support based on students' individual needs and the activities' goals. You enjoy collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the activities. Your view of students is characterized by respect and a strong belief that all students can and want to develop. You have high expectations of students and work purposefully so they feel security, enjoyment, and motivation both at school and in after-school care. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and attentive. You are confident and clear in your leadership and have a professional approach in interactions with students, guardians, and colleagues. The work requires you to be flexible, have good ability to plan and prioritize, and be able to handle unforeseen situations in a calm and solution-oriented manner. Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders is a requirement to be eligible for the position, and if you also have experience working with students with neurodevelopmental disorders, it is an asset. If you also have knowledge of type 1 diabetes, it is particularly meritorious. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start: 2026-08-06 Start 6/8 or by agreement, but no later than 13/8, end: 2026-12-22. Please note that the employment is fixed-term, primarily during the autumn term 2026, but with possible opportunity for extension.
