We are seeking a driven and committed restaurant manager who wants to be part of developing our business and creating a fantastic experience for both guests and staff. As a restaurant manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations and work closely with both the kitchen and service teams to ensure high quality, excellent service, and a strong team. About Us: Located at the quayside in charming Hönö Klåva in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, Franses archipelago pub offers a unique combination of archipelago setting, well-prepared food, live music, and a relaxed pub atmosphere. The restaurant is housed in an old wattle building where the rustic environment and maritime feel are still very much alive. With three floors and panoramic views of the sea and proximity to Vinga lighthouse, Franses has become a natural meeting place for both locals and visitors year-round. Here guests are greeted with a warm and social atmosphere where good food, drinks, and community are at the center. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations Staffing and personnel planning Personnel responsibility including recruitment, onboarding, and development Handling reservations and guest relations Ensure high service standards and a good work environment Work toward budget and operational goals Coordinate operations between kitchen, bar, and service Actively participate in operational activities when needed We are Looking for Someone Who Has experience in the restaurant industry and leadership Is organized and solution-oriented Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively Has good interpersonal skills and is confident leading staff Is responsible and flexible Has experience with scheduling and reservation systems Is comfortable working with "freedom with responsibility" Meritorious Experience with budget and profit responsibility Knowledge of labor law and personnel matters Experience with events or large bookings We Offer An important role with significant responsibility and opportunity to make an impact A committed team and positive work environment Opportunity to develop within the company Competitive terms based on experience Position: Full-time - possibility of part-time if needed Start: By agreement Salary: By agreement Send your application with CV and cover letter to: [email protected] We look forward to hearing from you!
