We are now seeking a dedicated and customer-focused spare parts specialist for our facility in Växjö. The role involves a varied day-to-day with responsibility for spare parts, accessories, and tires for both Mercedes-Benz and Kia. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Job Responsibilities As a spare parts specialist, you are responsible for serving both customers and colleagues with spare parts. The work is varied and includes both customer contact and practical tasks in our spare parts warehouse. Your main responsibilities: • Handle orders for spare parts and accessories • Serve customers over the counter, by phone, and by email • Pick and prepare parts • Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods • Conduct inventory and maintain order and structure in the warehouse • Contribute to a safe, organized, and pleasant work environment What We're Looking For You are customer-focused, thorough, and enjoy working in a team. You have a positive drive, enjoy customer contact, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. We would like to see that you have: • Good computer skills • Interest in cars and the automotive industry • Good sense of order and structure • Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude • Ability to work independently and take own initiative • Valid driver's license (category B) Experience in customer service, warehouse work, or spare parts handling is a plus.
