We are an established and well-functioning organization with over 10 years of experience, where stability is combined with active development work. Our vision is to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating education where children's languages — spoken, signed, visual, and creative — form the foundation for learning, participation, and identity development. We believe that all children are competent and full of potential. The learning environment is viewed as the third educator and is systematically developed to be accessible, inspiring, and calm, especially for children in need of extra support. TAKK, visual supports, and clarifying pedagogy are a natural part of our daily work. The preschool consists of three age-divided departments with a total of 45 places. Your Role As principal, you have overall responsibility for the preschool's operations, staff, and development. You lead the educational work and ensure that the organization operates in accordance with current regulations as well as the preschool's Reggio Emilia-inspired approach and language development profile. You work in a small organization with short decision-making processes, where you work together with staff to drive development forward with a focus on quality, structure, and a good work environment. The role is characterized by close and present leadership. You combine your role as principal with work in child groups, which gives you good insight into the organization and creates conditions for clear, grounded, and trustful leadership.
