The administration is part of a joint board and 19 administrations, 8 municipal companies in 4 municipalities where IT Administration delivers support, operations, and development across all operations. We are an important part of a transformation journey in an exciting everyday where digitalization of municipal processes will be a key part where IT Administration provides conditions and creates opportunities. Sydnärkes IT Administration currently consists of 21 employees. Other Information: Some positions are security classified, therefore a security clearance interview may also be relevant in the recruitment process. For certain positions we require extracts from the criminal record register and presentation of a category B driving license. Job Responsibilities We offer a broad and varied IT role for you who want to combine technology, problem-solving, and development. Here you will work close to the business and meet many different types of challenges – from technical troubleshooting and user support to improvement work, business dialogue, and development of modern IT solutions. In this role you will be an important part of the work with our IT workplace and user-centric services, such as Microsoft 365, clients, MDM solutions, printers, and account and access management. You will be part of a team that actively develops and improves our technical solutions, with special focus on Microsoft platforms and the modern digital workplace. The role combines day-to-day operational work with the opportunity to contribute to long-term improvements, more efficient ways of working, and implementation of new technology where it creates the most value. In the role you will, among other things: work in our case management system to troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, and follow up on incoming cases identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of processes, ways of working, and services work closely with the business to understand needs and translate them into practical and sustainable solutions build relationships and create trust through a service-oriented, professional, and solution-focused approach participate in the development of modern IT solutions within especially Microsoft platforms and user-centric services Qualifications Requirements education in IT or technology, for example from a vocational college, college, or university, or other experience or education that the employer deems equivalent documented experience working with client management, Intune/SCCM documented experience working in M365, such as Exchange, Teams, etc. good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing category B driving license Merits experience working according to ITIL in an operations organization experience working in an organization based on PM3 knowledge of user-centric services, such as account management, file servers, mobile devices, and printers, etc. As a person you are solution-focused, responsible, and service-oriented.
