About the Position As an Accounting Economist, you will have a central role in financial operations. You are responsible for ongoing accounting and work independently with account reconciliations, accruals, and participate in monthly and annual financial statements. You will also contribute to improving procedures and processes within the accounting department. Work Tasks Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting Account reconciliations and follow-up Monthly and annual financial statements Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable Reporting and analysis Contact with customers, suppliers, and internal functions WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications Education in accounting or equivalent work experience Good understanding of accounting and financial flows Ability to work in a structured and independent manner Meritorious Good IT skills and experience with accounting systems Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and has an eye for detail. You are solution-oriented, comfortable working both independently and in a team, and have good communication skills. Working Hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Employment Type Full-time, permanent. Start date by agreement.
