WHAT WE OFFER In the role of Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring correct and reliable financial reporting, both internally and externally. You will work closely with Elitfönster's management to monitor, develop, and drive operations forward with a focus on accounting and reporting matters. An important part of the role will be to continuously drive the development of efficient and value-creating processes and working methods within your areas of responsibility, with a focus on creating sustainable routines and practices. With a strong future perspective, you will work to automate accounting and closing processes to the greatest extent possible, which frees up time for strategic work. At the same time, you will place great focus on developing and coaching the accounting team, so they can become even more self-reliant, proactive, and efficient in their daily work. Your team consists of 7 people, you report to the Finance Manager, and the position is based in Vetlanda. Your main areas of responsibility will include: Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements being reported on time and correctly. Responsible for customer and supplier invoice processes including incoming and outgoing payments. Responsible for tax management including tax calculations and reporting/statistics to authorities. Responsible for the company's banking matters and being the contact person with the company's auditors. Responsible for the company's insurance, credit insurance, factoring, and supply chain finance. Finance spokesperson related to ERP/Accounting system M3 YOUR PROFILE University degree in economics/accounting or equivalent post-secondary education At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting/finance/audit, preferably from companies with group structure Good leadership skills and experience with personnel responsibility are strongly desired Experience in developing processes in ERP environments and interest in how AI can be used as a tool in financial processes and drive this initiative internally.
