We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where service, communication, and organization are central. You will be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression while handling administrative tasks. Start date by agreement, but no later than October 2026. Job Responsibilities - Receive and welcome visitors. - Handle incoming calls at the switchboard. - Manage bookings. - Responsible for key distribution/creating access cards. - Oversee loading and unloading of vehicles and goods. Qualifications Requirements: - Fluent in speaking and writing German. - Have administrative experience and good computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office. Meritorious: - Experience working in reception or other customer service roles. - Good spoken English and/or Swedish. We place great importance on personal suitability. Personal Qualities - You are service-oriented and enjoy helping others. - You have strong collaboration skills. - You are communicative in both speech and writing. - You are organized, thorough, and able to prioritize. - You take responsibility and can work independently when needed.
