We are now looking for a receptionist at our Akka rehab clinic in Västerhaninge. What do we offer? We are occupational therapists, physical therapists, a dietitian, and a naprapath. As a receptionist with us, you will work to support our practitioners by handling administrative tasks and creating a smooth patient flow. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy having a lot of contact with people and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include reception and cashier work, telephone service, patient meetings, and assisting other staff with administrative matters. You are often the first person our patients meet and therefore play an important role in creating a sense of security, professionalism, and a warm welcome from the first contact. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a cheerful, positive, and service-oriented colleague. It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a receptionist, experience working in healthcare, and knowledge of the Take Care patient management system. To be successful in this role, you need to have high social competence and a genuine interest in providing patients with professional, secure, and considerate care. You are organized, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with others.
