Company Presentation For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now seeking an R&D Project Manager – Service Division for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company is, thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment of 12 months through Unik Resurs with excellent opportunities for extension. Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility As R&D Project Manager within our Service Organization, you will have a key role in the development of our existing gas turbine fleet. You lead development projects that drive technical progress and contribute to a more sustainable energy future. In this role, you work in a dynamic and creative environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, create collaboration across organizational and geographic boundaries, and contribute to the development of innovative products and solutions. As R&D Project Manager, you will: Have overall responsibility for development projects from initiation to delivery and follow-up Establish and drive projects according to established project models and agile working methods Develop project plans and break them down into clear and executable activities Lead cross-functional project teams, strengthen collaboration, and promote innovation in an international environment Manage schedules, monitoring, quality, and cost control in close collaboration with STECO and resource owners Lead project meetings and support the team in finding creative solutions to technical challenges Collaborate with colleagues and partners worldwide and navigate between different cultures, working methods, and languages Lead project teams that typically consist of 3–10 people Your Profile Several years of experience in project management Documented experience leading research and development (R&D) projects Experience with gas turbines is a merit, especially from commissioning or design work Experience with projects in control systems, core components, or package solutions is highly desirable Knowledge of mechanical auxiliary systems or power generation is an advantage Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Additional language skills are a merit A professional and open approach in international collaboration A communicative, structured, proactive, and goal-oriented personality Become Part of Unik Resurs – Your Career and Development Are Our Priority!
