Your role includes assessment conversations, treatment, and some evaluation with individuals aged 18 and above. You will conduct therapeutic and psychological treatments individually and via internet-based CBT and digital care visits. You will work both independently and as part of a team with other professional categories at the health center. You have the opportunity to help shape your role based on existing conditions. Interest in participating in various projects and improvement areas within the organization is welcome. About the Workplace The 11 region-operated health centers and the Health Centers' Emergency Clinics in Västmanland are operated as an intrapreneurship with its own board and Region Västmanland as owner. We have a common name, Primary Care Västmanland, and we work together to provide our patients with the best primary care in the region. We continuously invest in developing our workplaces to meet the future of primary care. The health center is centrally located in Hallstahammar and the operation also has a branch clinic in Kolbäck. The health center has parking and good bus connections to, among other places, Västerås. We are responsible for approximately 12,350 registered patients and offer physician and district nurse clinics, maternal and child health care, and rehabilitation with physiotherapy and counseling clinics. Dietitian, health center, and occupational therapist are also available at the health center certain days of the week. Previous experience working with the target group and primary care-adapted psychological treatment is meritorious. We use Cosmic in our daily work and therefore value previous experience with the journal system. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have high social competence and are good at establishing contact with other people. You are interested in development work and enjoy designing, implementing, and evaluating work methods both within your own professional category and in collaboration with other professional categories.
