WeMind Individual and Family is a subsidiary of WeMind Psychiatry, operating residential treatment homes for adolescents. WeMind Vendelsö is a HVB (residential care facility) for young women with social challenges and mental health issues. We are located in a quiet residential area in Vendelsö, Haninge Municipality, with good transportation links. We believe that placed adolescents need extraordinarily high-quality services to reverse negative development patterns, and therefore we invest in care provided by highly specialized professionals who work closely with our young people in their daily lives. Working as a Psychologist or PTP Psychologist at WeMind As a psychologist or PTP psychologist at WeMind HVB Vendelsö, you will have treatment responsibility for placed adolescents and will be part of an interdisciplinary treatment team alongside a social worker (case manager) and treatment assistant (contact person). Treatment work is conducted according to TBA (applied behavioral analysis) and takes place in close collaboration with the relevant social services. We also work with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a method and offer skills training groups. You will contribute expertise in psychiatric and behavioral issues as well as evidence-based treatment interventions. The work includes treatment planning, implementation, and ongoing quality monitoring. For licensed psychologists, this also includes method supervision of staff. For PTP psychologists, work tasks are adapted and conducted under supervision according to current PTP service guidelines. All treatment work is carried out in close collaboration with the young person and their network. Work is performed individually, in groups, and together with family and close contacts. The treatment process is woven into the residence's daily routines and social interactions, making you an active part of the ongoing milieu therapy work.
