Read more about benefits within Närhälsan on our website: Link to our website About the Work Your work primarily consists of assessing and treating mental health and behavioral issues within primary care. The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for seeking care at a health center. You work based on the needs of the registered population through digital care visits, internet-based and group treatment, as well as in-person individual visits. We work according to primary care-oriented methods, where the work includes high accessibility, stepped/stratified care, and collaboration with other professionals and care partners. It is important that you have an interest in working with a primary care focus, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental health and behavioral issues. Interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice to guided treatment with literature or internet-based treatment, to group treatment or individual treatment interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, you must be able to vary your methods and the scope of treatment interventions. You and your colleagues, together with your manager, are responsible for the health center's development in ongoing improvement work. Supervision of psychology students or licensed psychology candidates may be relevant. About You You are a licensed psychologist with CBT level 1 competence; other orientations are of course also possible. It is an advantage if you have experience from the following: Work as a psychologist at the primary care level Stepped/stratified care Internet-based psychological treatment Group treatment We are looking for someone who is attentive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active engagement, you want to participate in the health center's development work and contribute as a consultative resource in daily interdisciplinary collaboration at the health center. The initial selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates for a phone interview. After that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the health center. We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
