We work with introduction programs and mentorship. We offer varied and independent work. WORK DUTIES: As a psychiatric nurse in municipal primary care, you perform all relevant health and medical care tasks and have patient responsibility for patients within the areas of LSS and social psychiatry. You have an advisory role for other patients enrolled in municipal primary care and work with educating or supporting on various psychiatric matters. You work closely with other professional categories. In addition to our regular work, we also have agreements with Collaborative Healthcare. This means we can receive assignments via 1177, assistance assignments via Home Care, ambulance, or Proximity Healthcare, and IVPA (Awaiting Ambulance) assignments. Everyone assigned to IVPA assignments must first complete training. QUALIFICATIONS: We seek you who are a licensed nurse with specialist education in psychiatry. You need: - good collaboration and problem-solving skills - ability to work independently and in teams - a pedagogical and person-centered approach - ability to plan and structure your work - good knowledge of Swedish and computer skills to document well - B driving license for manual transmission vehicles Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. It is meritorious if you have experience in similar work and instructor training.
