You work closely with both customers and employees and ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves a combination of operational work in the field and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include: Planning and directing project execution Budget responsibility and financial monitoring Coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources Customer contact and follow-up Ensuring that work environment and quality requirements are met Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position you will initially be placed on a project in Malmfälten. The position involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday. We are looking for you: You have experience from the construction, excavation, or infrastructure industry, preferably in a leadership role. For this position, a Class B driver's license is also required, as well as good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
