Your Responsibilities As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for all phases of the project – from estimation and planning to final delivery and financial follow-up. You play a central role as the hub connecting all parts of the project, coordinating everything and ensuring that work flows efficiently. The role is operational and requires significant engagement and presence, as you report directly to the CEO with close collaboration at every level. Your main responsibilities: - Lead and drive projects in industrial, process, and piping/HVAC installations - Serve as the hub connecting customers, electricians, installers, carpenters, and subcontractors - Oversee planning, resource allocation, and personnel management in projects - Ensure schedules, material procurement, and project finances are on track - Handle documentation, follow-ups, and quality inspections - Identify risks and solve problems along the way - Report to management Your Profile We're looking for a structured and responsible leader with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
