The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period and then transitions to permanent. 📍 Work location: Greater Stockholm area, based in Midsommarkransen, Hägersten. We're looking for an engaged and well-organized project manager in ventilation who wants to help develop our projects – from planning to finished installation. 🔧 Your responsibilities: - Lead and plan ventilation projects from start to finish. - Participate in construction meetings and coordinate work with other trades. - Read and interpret drawings, technical documents, and engineering materials. - Monitor schedules, quality, and budget in projects. - Participate practically in installation work when needed and support technicians in daily operations. - Ensure that work is performed according to applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements. 🎯 We're looking for someone who has: - Several years of experience with ventilation installation and a good understanding of the entire installation process. - Experience leading projects or teams within the construction or installation industry. - Ability to read drawings and technical documents. - Class B driver's license. - Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and structured work approach. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious: Previous experience with project management in ventilation or construction. Certifications or training in work management or contract law.
