The recruitment process is handled by Montico. About the Position We are looking for a structural engineer for our client ÄC-konsult. The role is suitable for you if you want to work in a small and streamlined organization where you have significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. The projects primarily involve concrete buildings with high security requirements, and the position involves a broad role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with other functions. The position is full-time during daytime hours and begins with a six-month probationary period before transitioning to a permanent contract. The work location is Eskilstuna, with the possibility of some remote work once you are settled in the role. Job Description In this role, you are responsible for project management during the design phase, where you coordinate the various parts of the project and ensure that all involved parties deliver according to plan. You work on developing structural drawings in Tekla and also use AutoCAD and Office Suite as a natural part of your work. You gather the project's requirements, create a comprehensive overview of the needs, and follow up to ensure that the right activities are carried out, such as material orders and other practical matters related to project development. Because the organization is small, it is also important that you are comfortable working without pretense and can contribute where needed, even outside your core competency. We Are Looking for You Who We are looking for you who are a structural engineer or have equivalent experience (for example, a project-leading prefab constructor or project manager within construction) and have worked at least five years in a similar role. You thrive in a smaller company where the work tasks vary and where your flexibility and lack of pretense become an important asset. For this position, you must have experience with Tekla, AutoCAD, and Office Suite. It is also required that you are a Swedish citizen, have no criminal record, and are able to pass a security clearance since the projects are subject to high security requirements. You communicate fluently in Swedish and also benefit from understanding English. A driver's license is required, and you need to appreciate working both in a structured manner and practically close to the operations.
