The recruitment process is handled by Montico. About the Position We are seeking a structural engineer for our client ÄC-konsult. The role is perfect for you if you want to work in a small, lean organization where you have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence decisions. The projects primarily involve concrete structures with high safety requirements, and the position offers a broad role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with other functions. This is a full-time position during regular daytime hours and begins with a six-month probationary period before transitioning to a permanent employment contract. The position is based in Eskilstuna, with the possibility of some remote work once you've become comfortable in the role. Job Description In this role, you are responsible for project management during the design phase, where you coordinate the various components of the project and ensure that all parties involved deliver according to plan. You will develop structural drawings in Tekla and also use AutoCAD and Office applications as a natural part of your work. You gather the project's requirements, create a comprehensive overview of the needs, and follow up to ensure that the right activities are carried out, such as material ordering and other practical tasks related to project development. Since the organization is small, it's also important that you are comfortable working without pretense and can contribute where needed, even outside your core competencies. We are Looking for You We are looking for someone who is a structural engineer or has equivalent experience (for example, as a responsible precast designer or project manager in construction) and has worked at least five years in a similar role. You thrive in a smaller company where tasks vary and where your flexibility and unpretentiousness become important assets. For this position, you must have experience with Tekla, AutoCAD, and Office applications. It is also a requirement that you are a Swedish citizen, have a clean criminal record, and are able to pass a security clearance, as the projects are subject to high security requirements. You communicate fluently in Swedish and it is also beneficial if you understand English. A driver's license is required, and you should enjoy working both in a structured manner and practically close to the operations.
