We install new and repair and renovate existing power, distribution, and measurement transformers in the Scandinavian market. What we offer We are seeking a project coordinator with a financial profile. With us, you will have a workplace with a fast pace and a variety of different projects. You convey messages in a simple way, are attentive, and adapt your communication to the recipient. Since conditions in the organization vary, it is good if you find it easy to structure your work and enjoy using your strong analytical problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities: - Convey project information - Planning, risk analysis, preparation, compilation, reporting, follow-up, and documentation - Communication and dialogue with employees, customers, and suppliers You are a person who follows instructions well, an inspiring project administrator who ensures that projects are completed according to given instructions. Additionally, you are social and build trust easily. You enjoy working in a smaller organization where you can easily become involved in matters that require rolling up your sleeves and solving the situation. Requirements: - Experience in project management - Experience in assembly or turnkey projects is an advantage - Relevant technical education - Fluent in Swedish and English - Located in the Hässleholm area, maximum 25 km away Additional advantages: - Experience in financial administration - Experience in payroll administration and/or accounting Scope & Duration: Full-time & permanent Salary Type: Fixed monthly salary Application This is a permanent position and we normally apply a 6-month probationary period.
