Your role with us As a production technician, you will: Develop and optimize production processes for both new and existing products. Support operators and be responsible for maintaining and creating CNC programs. Work in CAD/CAM environments for design and manufacturing. Ensure correct fixturing, tool selection, and measurement technical methods. Perform quality controls and measurement analyses. Participate in automation and efficiency improvement projects. Collaborate closely with production, quality, and design to solve technical challenges. Here you will truly have the chance to make a difference – both in daily work and in long-term development. We believe you have Technical education in production, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. Experience with CNC programming as well as CAD/CAM. Solid knowledge of measurement techniques and use of measuring instruments. Experience with fixturing and tool optimization. Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems in a structured way. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team. Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
