Sepson is in a strong growth phase and is now seeking a Production Technician / Process Planner who wants to take full responsibility for developing work methods, assembly instructions, and production preparation in Monitor G5. About the Role In this role, you are responsible for analyzing products and production flows for our winches and rack systems, and ensuring that production has the right conditions to manufacture with high quality, correct methodology, and good efficiency. You work closely with production personnel, engineering, quality, and procurement, and serve as the link between project, engineering, and production. The role involves operational work where you create documentation, drive standardization, improvements, and development of production and assembly processes, final preparations, and packaging adaptations. An important part of the role is ensuring that production documentation, instructions, and preparations in Monitor G5 are up-to-date, clear, and adapted for an efficient and quality-assured work method. Your Main Responsibilities Analyze and improve production flows for winches and rack systems Develop and create standardized work methods and assembly instructions Create, update, and quality assure preparations in Monitor G5 Structure and maintain operation lists, bill of materials, and manufacturing documentation Ensure that the correct tools, equipment, and methods are used in production Provide technical support to production regarding assembly and manufacturing questions Participate in the development of new products and changes to existing products Identify improvement areas and drive efficiencies within assembly Participate in root cause analyses and deviation management, and drive corrective actions Ensure that documentation and instructions are clear, correct, and up-to-date Collaborate with engineering to create manufacturing-friendly solutions Contribute to standardization and development of processes within production engineering and planning Assist in implementing new work methods and improved assembly techniques Conduct time studies and balance assembly flows Active participation in trial assembly and verification Train assemblers in new work methods We Believe You Have Experience in production engineering, planning, or production development within manufacturing industry Good technical understanding and experience reading drawings and technical documentation Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor G5 Experience creating work instructions and production documentation Understanding of production flows, assembly, and manufacturing processes Experience with improvement work and process development is a merit Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Desirable Experience Experience with mechanical assembly or hydraulic systems Experience with LEAN, 5S, or standardized improvement work Experience with PFMEA, control plans, or quality work Experience with change management in production Experience with Monitor G5 Personal Qualities For you to succeed in this role, we believe you are: Structured and thorough Analytical and solution-oriented Driven and improvement-focused Communicative and collaborative Practically minded with good understanding of production operations Self-directed and responsible About Sepson AB Sepson is a market-leading company with roots dating back to 1900, specializing in the development and manufacturing of hydraulic vehicle-mounted winches for civil and military users worldwide.
