The business generates approximately 700 million SEK in revenue and employs approximately 310 people. We are now seeking a Production Technician For complex electromechanical products and cabling About the Position As a production technician, you are the link between sales and production. We believe in having you involved early in the process, from quote to won deal. You will project manage and follow your quotes and projects into production to ensure that the correct manufacturing methods are applied with a focus on continuous improvement and waste elimination. Your main responsibilities include: - Quote preparation (new and existing projects) - Customer contact within current projects - Selection of production methods for new and existing products - Part preparation and creation of production documentation and control documents - Initiate investments and propose procurement of production equipment - Develop alternatives for components or alternative production solutions as needed - Provide technical support to assembly personnel in assembly work and train employees in new methods and procedures Qualifications You have a technical education at upper secondary school/higher education level, and it is an advantage if you have experience working with LEAN concepts. As a person, you are communicative, pedagogical, flexible, and driven, as the work involves considerable collaboration with multiple functions within the company.
