Production Coordinator Nyåkers Pepparkakor was founded in 1952 and is today the second largest gingerbread cookie producer in the world. In addition to classic gingerbread hearts and round gingerbread cookies in beautiful tins, the assortment also includes gingerbread cookies in several different flavors, including vanilla and orange, gingerbread dough, gingerbread houses, and organic gingerbread cookies. Nyåkers also manufactures almond cake, cardamom cookies, and about ten other small cakes. We have two production facilities in Nyåker and Bjurholm where we manufacture cookies for the entire world. Today we have about fifty employees distributed between these facilities. Despite success and growth for more than 60 years, Nyåkers remains a family business that values its traditions. The cookies are baked the same way they have always been - at home in Västerbotten. Production Coordinator in the food industry. As a Production Coordinator at AB Nyåkers Pepparkakor, your main responsibilities include staff planning, procurement planning focused on packaging, and HR. The position also includes some degree of personnel support and other administrative support tasks related to all parts of the company. · Basic staff planning. · Scheduling at the facilities. · Basic procurement and order planning for packaging. · Minor tasks related to personnel, supplier, and quality support. Qualifications We would like you to have at least upper secondary education, and preferably good knowledge within HR and staff planning with practical experience in these areas. You are easy to work with, have good communication skills in Swedish and English, and are proficient in the Office package (Word, Excel). You have good social competence and a pleasant demeanor. Personal Qualities We see that you as an applicant are responsible with good understanding of people. You have a structured work approach, are thorough, and have a curious mindset. As a person, you have a positive attitude and are easy to work with. You possess good problem-solving skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
