About the Role In this role, you'll become a key person at the heart of a societally important, high-tech industrial operation focused on advanced vehicle systems. You'll join the Production Office – the hub connecting production, procurement, engineering, and aftermarket – where you'll focus either on vehicle/production planning or on sales and delivery planning for initial and spare parts. Your daily work combines analysis and planning in business systems and Excel with close contact with the shop floor, shortage meetings, and daily problem-solving together with colleagues in Sweden and internationally. You'll be at the center of material and production flows, driving resolution when bottlenecks arise, prioritizing what stops assembly, and helping both production and procurement make the right decisions on time. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with post-secondary education in logistics, production, industrial economics, or similar, who enjoys working structurally in systems and Excel. You have good system skills, enjoy analyzing reports and lists, and are confident taking own initiatives and following up on your matters until you have answers. Experience from manufacturing, planning, or logistics is a merit, but most important are your analytical abilities, sense of order and organization, and desire to understand the complete flow. As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and have "backbone" in a humble way – you stay engaged in dialogue even during high-pressure situations, are solution-oriented, and contribute to good team morale.
