Nefab Packaging Sweden AB generates approximately 700 MSEK in annual revenue and has around 350 employees. The company is responsible for the Swedish market and operates its own production facilities in Runemo, Skultuna, Staffanstorp, and Alingsås, as well as an office in Jönköping. About the Role As a Production Worker, you are responsible for contributing to the production of the company's packaging solutions in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other production functions. Your tasks include: Manufacturing, nailing, and assembling wooden packaging products Operation and monitoring of sawing machines as well as minor adjustments of nail guns Performing quality inspections Material handling and internal logistics Active participation in creating a safe and efficient work environment Your Profile We are looking for someone who is thorough, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take responsibility for your work, maintain good organization in your approach, and contribute to smooth workflow. This position involves work in a sometimes challenging environment where dirt/dust and heavy lifting are present – aspects you view as a natural part of the job and do not fear. Education and Language The following requirements apply: Valid forklift license Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written; good English skills. It is desirable if you also have a pallet jack license and experience from the wood industry or other production operations.
