We are now looking for a production manager within electrical work for an exciting assignment with a major client. We warmly welcome your application⚡ About the role as production manager within electrical work The role involves you being responsible for the daily production management of the electrical contracting work, including coordination of subcontractors, monitoring of schedule, quality, work environment, and finances. As the production manager, you shall ensure that the production is conducted in accordance with contract documents, design specifications, and the project's overall and established goals. Examples of work tasks: • Responsible for daily operations of electrical installations and maintenance • Act as a link between different stakeholders • Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the contract • Lead daily production meetings and follow up on construction work on site Who are you? We see that you as a person thrive working toward set goals and deadlines. You have good structure but at the same time find it easy to shift focus and do well in eventful environments. You have good communication skills and are experienced in collaborating with many different types of people. To succeed in the role, you need to have: • At least 5 years of experience in production management within electrical contracting. • Documented experience from larger installation or industrial projects. • Good knowledge of contract law, AB, ABT, ABK. • Good knowledge of work environment and production planning. • Good ability to lead and coordinate multiple contractors simultaneously. • Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing. It is highly meritorious if you have experience from mission-critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, or similar environments. Experience with critical infrastructure, such as UPS systems, backup power, switchgear, and power distribution, is also seen as a major advantage.
