Are you looking for an opportunity to inspire, motivate and lead a team? In this role, you will have the chance to contribute to a company that plays a central role in society's green transition. Our production is growing and we now need to expand our team of production supervisors. Develop, motivate and engage As a Production Supervisor at NKT, it is your leadership skills that take center stage. You lead a team of Operators who work in the part of the factory that performs the final processing of the cable before delivery—the Armoring Department. You work together in a team of Production Supervisors, Technicians, Operators and various support functions. You ensure that our resources in the form of people, machinery and materials are used in the best possible way. You will lead a team where the applied working time is 5-shift, which means that production continues even when you are not on site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and are responsible for, among other things: • developing, clarifying, following up and developing the department's goals within the business • recruitment and development of personnel • ensuring that resources—people, machinery and materials—are utilized efficiently • Investment & overhead budget • developing, clarifying, following up and implementing the department's goals in the business Inspiring and engaged leader To function well and thrive in the role of production supervisor, you need previous experience in personnel management as well as the ability to engage and motivate employees. You are skilled at managing challenges with a solution-oriented approach in a varied work environment and have a good ability to give feedback with sensitivity to different individuals. As a leader, you are clear about goals and expectations and see development as the most important path to results. You have an interest in technology and enjoy participating in discussions and conversations. In addition to the above, you have experience leading personnel, worked with SAM (systematic workplace health and safety), and have a genuine interest in quality and improvement work. Your CV should also contain the following: • Upper secondary education with a focus on technology or equivalent • Experience in personnel management within manufacturing industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a merit • Swedish and English fluently, both spoken and written Together we shape the future of energy At NKT, we value different perspectives and experiences.
