Read more here: https://elicron.com About the Position The role primarily involves developing and optimizing our surface treatment processes, with an initial focus on improving the yield in our coating line with paint booth, spray equipment, and XRF technology. Since this is a new role for us, you will have the opportunity to help shape the working methods. You are a central link between operators, automation, and our research and development department, where you work both operatively and strategically. You will have a key role in driving process and technical development, identifying improvement opportunities, and turning ideas into reality. The role also includes creating investment calculations and conducting profitability analyses. Qualifications and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is technically interested and thrives where things happen. You are both practically oriented and analytical, and easily switch between operational work and more strategic issues. We believe you are communicative, curious, and solution-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate across the organization. You are also driven, self-directed, and take responsibility for advancing your work. You have experience in process/production or an engineering education. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. A valid driver's license and Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are required. Meritorious Experience It is advantageous if you have experience with: · Process industry, surface treatment, or similar · Automation, measurement technology, or control systems · Project management · Creating various calculations, such as investment calculations and profitability analyses · XRF technology, paint booths, or spray equipment Practical Details The position is a full-time employment based in Ljungaverk, with working hours 07:45–16:30 daytime.
