What You'll Work With at Södra In the role of process technician, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with production and be an important part of the chain that transforms pulpwood into finished pulp products. You will also work with: Working with operational optimization, control, and process monitoring in the control room Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring the facility is kept clean and operational Collaborating with shift teams, operations engineers, and the maintenance department to ensure stable and safe production We offer structured, on-site training together with an onboarding coordinator and experienced colleagues. We also provide the opportunity to obtain additional certifications, such as a forklift license. This is a permanent full-time position with three shifts, based in Mönsterås. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and technical environment, where collaboration and personal responsibility are crucial. You are curious, engaged, and have an eye for mechanics. To succeed, you need to: Work well with others and contribute to a safe work environment Be able to handle stress and make sound decisions in safety-critical situations Be both self-motivated and a team player who appreciates variety in your work Have a strong safety mindset, as safety always comes first at Södra Vocational education (YH) We also see that you have experience with: Process technology or a process technical background Forklift license A–B (advantageous) You must also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license. The position can be physically demanding.
