Now we are seeking four Process Operators for our customer in Landskrona - Is it you? We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and work experience from the industrial sector. Start: Immediate - 100% position Job Responsibilities The tasks will be varied and you will receive thorough training on the company's different stations before your work begins. You will then be responsible for one station before gradually learning the company's other workstations. This is because our customer advocates for job rotation. Most of the machines you will operate are automated, which requires basic competence in programming and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for quality assuring the products that are manufactured to ensure they meet the quality standards required by the company's customers. The position involves documentation in Swedish, which is why it is very important that you master Swedish in both speech and writing. Our customer works according to the philosophy of freedom with responsibility; you will be responsible for your machine and its production. Some work tasks involve heavy lifting and therefore require good physical fitness. Working Hours The working hours initially include 2-shift work, and may later transition to night shift, weekend shift, or weekend night shift. Mon - Fri 06:00-14:00 Mon - Thu 14:00-24:00 Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities You should have a strong interest in technology and a careful, methodical work approach. You quickly learn new tasks, have genuine engagement for production, and enjoy collaboration. You are structured, solution-oriented, and proactive in ensuring efficient operations. Requirements for the position: Several years of experience working as a machine/process operator Secondary education in technology Good ability to document and communicate Good understanding of Swedish and English in both speech and writing Knowledge of 5S Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
