About the Position As a machine operator for our client, you will be a key player in the production chain. This is not a job where you "sleep on the job" – here you need to be alert, monitor the process, and ensure that every detail meets the standard. Work is conducted on shifts, which requires that you can plan your day and are comfortable with varying work hours. Your main responsibilities: - Monitoring and adjustment of production machinery - Continuous quality controls – we don't let anything slip through! - Troubleshooting and basic maintenance during downtime - Reporting and documentation Who Are You? To succeed in the role, we believe you are: - Quality-conscious: You have an "eye for detail" and take pride in your work. "Good enough" is not in your vocabulary. - Responsible: You are reliable, arrive on time, and take responsibility for your machine and your colleagues. - Technically interested: You enjoy understanding how things work. Requirements for the Position: - Driving license: At least AM license or B license (required to get to the workplace/position) - Complete upper secondary school education - Swedish: You master Swedish in speech and writing (important for safety and instructions) - Shift work: You have the ability to work shifts - Hardplastic examination: Your health and safety are paramount. As the work may involve handling hardplastics, it is a requirement that you undergo a statutory medical examination and receive a fitness certificate (acceptable result) before employment. Meritorious (but not required): - Forklift license: If you are qualified for forklift operation, that's a big plus! - Experience from manufacturing or process industry What Do We Offer?
