WORK TASKS Klippan Municipality is growing and developing, and we are now seeking a driven and engaged process leader who wants to contribute to strengthening competence and training efforts within the Social Administration! As a process leader, you have a coordinating and development-focused assignment where you ensure that employees have the right competence to perform their work with quality and security. You have a central role in driving, developing, and creating conditions for a cohesive approach to education and competence development, with a focus on practical and needs-driven learning. In close collaboration with operations, you capture competence needs and translate these into structured training initiatives. The assignment also includes contributing to long-term work on competence supply and a more uniform approach within the administration. The position is placed within the Social Administration's unit, Support and Development. We work across the administration in three main areas: digitalization and welfare technology, economics and procurement, and staffing and competence supply. Here you will work in an environment characterized by collaboration, development, and a shared focus on the operations' long-term needs. The position is new and complements the existing team, which gives you good opportunities to influence the design of the assignment as you go. Your main work tasks A central part of the work is to establish and develop a methodological space for internal training where theory and practice are integrated, particularly within care services. You are responsible for developing training initiatives in various forms—digital, theoretical, and practical—and work systematically with needs analysis, planning, implementation, and follow-up, for example through annual plans and governance documents. You coordinate cross-administration training, such as CPR and fire safety, and ensure uniform implementation. Furthermore, you are responsible for developing and maintaining the digital competence platform as well as work with competence ladders and internal competence development. In the role, you drive strategic work on competence supply by developing structures and training plans that meet both short- and long-term needs. You ensure that competence development aligns with legal requirements, national guidelines, and future changes. The work takes place in close collaboration with managers and operations where you lead dialogues, drive working groups, and contribute to a uniform and needs-driven approach. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? Qualifications • Experience with change management, project management, or driving development projects. • Experience working with training, coordination, or competence development. • Very good digital competence and experience using digital tools. • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. Merits • Post-secondary education in areas such as pedagogy, organizational development, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or similar that the employer deems relevant for the position. • Experience developing and implementing training within the public sector. • Experience from healthcare and care operations. • Experience with digital learning platforms.
