YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As Process Manager Component, you'll lead a competent and cohesive team of approximately 20 employees. You work closely with operations and drive both operational leadership and long-term improvement. You're responsible for your department's management team and also participate in the production department's management group, giving you both a holistic perspective and the opportunity to influence business development. The position involves 2-shift work. Examples of responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop employees through coaching, conversations, and skills development Recruitment and workforce planning Budget responsibility and monitoring Documentation of work methods and procedures Conduct rehabilitation assessments Ensure work is conducted in accordance with applicable requirements for quality, workplace environment, safety, and fire protection Initiate and drive improvement initiatives within your operational area The position is located in Karlsborg and reports to the Production Manager. WHO ARE YOU? We're looking for someone with leadership experience in manufacturing and who thrives in a role where people, structure, and development are central. You have: Upper secondary education, preferably complemented with leadership or technical training Experience leading teams and driving improvement work Good knowledge of Swedish and English Merits include: Experience with LEAN or standardized work methods Vocational or university education in a relevant field As a leader, you are clear, attentive, and present. You create engagement, involvement, and trust while driving the business forward with focus on structure, quality, and safety.
