We are now looking for a Process Manager at Proton Finishing Anderstorp – a role for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and wants to contribute to long-term development. About the Role As a Process Manager, you will have a key role in ensuring stable operations and high quality in production processes. You are responsible for ensuring that processes meet requirements for chemistry, quality, environment, and safety, while continuously working on improvements and optimization. Your main areas of responsibility include: Lead change and improvement initiatives within the processes. Ensure that process changes are implemented according to established procedures and contribute to consistent introduction of new chemistry. Continuously monitor direct material costs and work toward set budget targets. Analyze and work to minimize downtime and rework through root cause analysis, and plan and monitor measures with the production team. Perform internal analyses according to the analysis schedule and take action as needed based on analysis results. Responsible for ordering and inventory management of chemicals, and ensure that disposal and follow-up are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and established procedures. Responsible for water sampling of outgoing water and report and monitor results according to the facility's environmental permit. Drive development and maintenance of all processes in consultation with your direct manager. Through a structured and disciplined approach, contribute to high operational safety and quality across the entire production line. We are looking for someone who: Has experience from chemistry, surface treatment, or process industry Is structured and systematic Is communicative and cooperative Is responsible, curious, and goal-oriented Is analytical and solution-oriented Is not afraid to get your hands dirty on the job Is quality and environment-conscious with a clear drive to improve and optimize You must be able to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable qualifications: Basic knowledge of occupational health and environmental legislation Experience working in surface treatment ED bath Experience with LEAN/TPM and systematic improvement work What happens after you apply?
