Kinnegrip is now looking for a press operator who wants to contribute to production, improvement work, and the development of our operations. About the Position As a press operator, you work in production to ensure an efficient and quality pressing process. The role involves both hands-on work at the machine and active participation in process improvement and development. You will be an important part of strengthening the pressing department and meeting the company's future needs. The role also includes: - Operating and monitoring press machines (hydraulic and eccentric automatic presses as well as manual pressing) - Performing machine changeovers and tool changes - Material handling and setup of new tools and processes - Performing first-piece inspections and quality assurance against drawings - Working with quality, productivity, and continuous improvements - Participating in the development of pressing processes and work methods - Operator maintenance The position is based in Lidköping and involves daytime work, Monday–Friday. You will be offered an employment contract with Kinnegrip starting immediately or by agreement. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in industrial production who thrives in a role where technology, quality, and development go hand in hand. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong focus on quality and production. You enjoy working in an industrial environment where you can combine hands-on work with improvements. You are flexible, collaborative, and have a desire to develop together with the company. We are looking for someone who has: - Experience working with press machines - Knowledge of hydraulic and eccentric presses - Experience with tools (press tools/progressive tools) - Blueprint reading and material knowledge related to the pressing process A forklift certification, overhead crane certification, and press safety certification are advantageous. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
