We are now seeking an engaged and driven Facility Manager who wants to lead our continued growth. About the Role As Facility Manager, you are the hub of the operation and hold overall responsibility for the daily running of GrebbestadFjorden. You lead the facility through your team members, ensure guests receive a first-class experience, and drive the development of the facility together with the owners. The role entails broad responsibility where leadership, business development, planning, and operational presence go hand in hand. The position involves working with budgets, staffing, development issues, and leading daily operations. You enjoy being close to both guests and team members and have the ability to create structure, engagement, and results. This is a key role with great opportunity to influence the facility's future development, where you work closely with the owners with significant personal responsibility for results, team members, and the guest experience. Your main areas of responsibility: • Lead, coach, and develop the facility's team members. • Ensure high quality and service across all aspects of the operation. • Manage staffing planning and resource allocation. • Monitor operational goals, results, and key metrics. • Drive improvement and development work together with owners and team members. • Ensure a safe and well-functioning work environment. • Be a visible and present leader in daily operations. • Contribute to developing GrebbestadFjorden as a destination and workplace. You have personnel responsibility for all our departments. Your most important task is to create conditions for team members to succeed both in their individual roles and together. Who Are You? We are looking for you—a confident and present leader with experience in personnel responsibility. You enjoy coaching, developing, and fostering engagement among your team members. Experience from the visitor industry, hotels, campgrounds, or similar operations is a merit, but we particularly value your leadership, your drive, and your ability to help people and operations grow.
