We are expanding and looking for site managers with experience in earthwork and construction for an exciting large-scale project! About the role: To be successful in this role, you need knowledge of construction work, planning, production budgets, construction law, and very good experience with financial follow-up. To thrive in the role, you need to be a leader who can motivate and develop your team. We also value that you are a good communicator to build strong relationships with both clients and employees. An important part of the role is to communicate both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English, as our documentation is central to our projects. As a Site Manager, you drive construction projects from start to finish. Projects begin with a kick-off meeting where the Site Manager creates a production plan with costs, resource plan, and schedule. The project concludes with handover to the client. During execution, the Site Manager is responsible for maintaining control over costs, changes, and providing regular reports as well as maintaining close dialogue with the client. A successful project has good profitability and a satisfied client. The Site Manager leads their project organization with clear and active leadership to drive the project within the established framework.
