We are seeking several part-time substitutes for our male client in Oxelösund. After the summer, there is also an opportunity for one person to start on a scheduled position at approximately 38%. The client receives 24-hour assistance with on-call duty between 00:00-07:20 and double staffing during daytime. Work shifts are scheduled between 08:00-17:45, 11:30-19:00, 19:00-09:30, or 11:30-09:30. It is important that you are calm, attentive, and communicative. Work tasks include medication management, transfers using ceiling lifts, personal care, cleaning, cooking, and more. It is a merit if you have previously had medication delegation authorization in Oxelösund Municipality. To work with us, you need to complete certain trainings as part of the recruitment process and also receive delegated responsibility from a nurse for medication management. We place great importance on your qualities, personality, and previous experience. Documentation is part of the job, so it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish.
