We are seeking experienced assistants who have experience working with low-affective communication, autism, and visual support. About the Client: A happy and active young man who enjoys being outdoors for walks, cycling, swimming, and other active activities. He also has a strong interest in video games, gaming, and tech gadgets. Personal Qualities and Experience: We are looking for someone who is calm, has a strong work ethic, is responsible, active, and engaged. It is advantageous if you have experience working with low-affective communication, managing epileptic seizures, solution-focused approaches, and creative problem-solving. Communication is very important, so you need to speak fluent Swedish. Since the client chooses their own assistants, we will place great emphasis on personality. About the Position: The work is scheduled for daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays. You will work according to a fixed schedule but will also be able to step in on short notice during sick leave. You will be part of a safe, loyal, and supportive team. You should be proficient in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You will receive introduction and training from the client to ensure routines and trust between you and the client. A background check will be conducted before employment can begin, so it is helpful if you have a current background check ready. We welcome your application!
