We are now seeking engaged and responsible personal assistants for a man living in Karlskrona. (newly started assignment) This is an opportunity to be involved from the beginning and together create a safe and stable assistance service. What does this position involve? As a personal assistant, you will provide support in the customer's daily life. The work takes place in the customer's home and in connection with activities outside the home. The work includes, among other things: Help with personal care Support in the home and with household chores Accompanying on activities and errands The work may involve day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule. We are looking for you who are: Responsible, reliable, empathetic, and attentive Have a genuine interest in working with people Have good collaboration skills Speak and understand Swedish well Preferably have experience in personal assistance or care/healthcare (desirable but not required) Have a respectful and professional approach Can work independently but also follow procedures Are flexible and solution-oriented Additional Information Employment type: We are seeking staff for both temporary and fixed-term positions Scope: 0-100% Working hours: Day/Evening/Weekend Start date: By agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
