Do you want to work as a personal assistant and make a meaningful difference in people's lives? Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your work tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's autonomy and integrity and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on your ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. We are seeking someone who meets the following: • Wants to work with a woman in her 30s living in Järvsö • Has good knowledge of Swedish • Holds a valid class B driver's license and has access to your own vehicle • Is smoke-free during working hours It is also an asset if you: • Have experience working as a personal assistant or in another care profession • Have experience with mobility aids • Have experience with feeding tubes (PEG) • Have experience with respiratory aids (PEP-Mask & inhaler) • Share the client's interests, such as music, film, and TV series Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: This position is an "hourly employment" arrangement, meaning work as needed. We would appreciate your availability for work starting immediately through the summer. Working hours are variable, during day, evening, and/or night shifts, either 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, or 9:30 PM–7:00 AM, with active coverage around the clock. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to the collective agreement. Start date: immediately or by agreement.
