To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you: Have experience in service and customer interaction Have a technical interest and enjoy practical work Are used to working with digital systems and administration Are communicative and professional in your interactions Have a driver's license (category B) Speak and write Swedish fluently Previous experience from the automotive industry or technical work is a merit. About the Role As a personal service technician, you work closely with the customer throughout the service process – from first contact to completed vehicle. The role combines technology, service, and administration and suits you if you appreciate variety and personal responsibility. In our workshop, we work according to VPS and in teams together with a colleague. Together, you are responsible for planning and carrying out daily work, where service, repair, and maintenance of passenger cars are a central part. Beyond the technical work, customer dialogue, advice, appointment booking, invoicing, and vehicle handover are also included. You become an important part in ensuring that every customer receives a professional and secure experience characterized by quality, clarity, and care. Right now, our facility in Karlshamn is undergoing a complete renovation according to Volvo's latest VRE standard (Volvo Retail Experience). This means you will work in a completely modernized environment created for the workshop of the future – with focus on functionality, well-being, and working environment of world-class standard.
