We are currently seeking an assistant for a 3-month temporary position to strengthen the support team for one of our clients in Tomelilla. We need someone who can work overnight shifts approximately 4 times per week. It is essential for the client's safety and peace of mind that you remain awake and alert throughout your entire shift. The client is a positive young man living in the countryside. He lives in a villa with Tomelilla as the nearest town center, and you will need a car to commute to work. You should be thoughtful, reliable, and responsible with a genuine desire to help others. You will work with pleasant colleagues and an active client who truly appreciates his assistants. The Assistant's Role and Experience As a person, you need to be thorough, responsible, attentive, and proactive with a positive attitude. You must be flexible regarding work hours since the team shares staffing responsibilities when someone is sick or on vacation – we support our client and each other. You need personal drive and a genuine desire to make each day meaningful. You are a positive and reliable person. We are looking for candidates with some experience in care work or educational work, but this is not a requirement. Personal qualities and interpersonal chemistry are more important. We especially welcome female applicants per the client's request. Requirements Fluent Swedish language skills (spoken). Smoke-free during work shifts. Experience working as a personal assistant is preferred. Valid driver's license and access to a car. Work Hours/Employment Level Start date by agreement. The position is 80% per week, consisting of 4 overnight shifts per week. There is also an opportunity to fill in as a substitute for both night and daytime shifts when vacancies arise. About Compensation We apply compensation according to Fremia collective agreement standards. We offer wellness benefits.
