Working with me involves 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty. I attend daily activities every day with my assistant. The position requires flexible work approach and that you are comfortable working independently but also able to function well in a team. It is a great advantage if you are somewhat resourceful and active, but still able to respect that I sometimes want to take it easy and, for example, listen to music or watch a film. Female applicants only as the role includes intimate personal care. The right personality is more important than having experience or being healthcare trained. The most important thing is that we get along well. However, it is a merit if you have experience in assistance or healthcare.
