Vår Omtanke is now seeking several personal assistants to work with our client in Ösmo. About the Position: We are seeking a mature female/male personal assistant for a sociable man in his 50s who lives in Ösmo, approximately 7 km from Ösmo station. Responsibilities: • Support and assistance in daily life, both practical and social • Personal care • Active participation in the client's activities and routines • Creating a safe, harmonious, and positive environment • Training Meritorious: A driver's license and access to your own car are advantageous since the assignment is located in a rural area. We Are Looking For Someone Who: • Is honest, reliable, and has a warm demeanor • Has empathy, patience, and listening skills • Has good social skills and is responsible • Has experience in personal assistance or equivalent work • Understands and speaks fluent Swedish • Is flexible, takes own initiative, and has strong work ethic • Enjoys routines, is very thorough, and can think ahead to anticipate needs • Is not allergic to fur (there is a cat in the home) We Offer: • Wellness allowance • Training and introduction • Secure employment with collective bargaining agreement We are seeking on-call hourly substitutes when regular assistants are on leave. Work Hours: • Day shift: 07:30–19:30 • Night shift: 18:30–08:30 (with approximately 2 hours on-call) We are looking for someone who is flexible and responsible and can work both day and night shifts as needed. Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement; other compensation in accordance with collective bargaining agreement. Start Date: As soon as possible What Happens Next?
