We are looking for you—a stable, grounded, and experienced person with both feet on the ground. I am a happy 25-year-old girl living on a farm with my parents. I enjoy music, film, dancing, sports, and going on adventures. I also like hanging out, baking, cooking, reading, and doing everyday "chore" activities. I have a diagnosis that means you need to be my logical thinking support and assist me with daily tasks at home and in my personal life. However, this doesn't prevent me from meeting new people and discovering the world, even though it means I always need to have an assistant with me. We believe you have a youthful mindset and that you share my adventurous interests. You are an empathetic and grounded person who is also positive and responsible in your professional role. You need to be my calm support pillar in everyday life, even when I'm struggling with my well-being. It would be beneficial if you, as an applicant, have experience working with people like me so you understand the kinds of challenges that can arise in my daily life. It is important that you enjoy physical activity since I am keen on physical activities. I would like you, as an applicant, to be interested in music, instruments, drama, and creative activities. That way, you could help me develop my interests in these areas. It is important that you, as an assistant, are proactive since I cannot plan and carry out activities on my own. I am now looking for an assistant who can work fixed hours, mostly afternoons/evenings and weekends. There may also be occasions when you'll need to step in during daytime hours.
