We are seeking a personal assistant for a 24-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair and has an intellectual disability. She lives with her mother, father, and younger sister in a rural area 1 mile south of Töreboda. She needs help with daily care, transfers, and continuous support in understanding and navigating her surroundings. She requires assistance and support with all daily tasks. The work involves being present in the home and accompanying her to various activities. Work hours can include daytime, evenings, and weekends. Current position is 50-75% full-time equivalent. Start date by agreement. We are looking for a considerate person with the ability to recognize and respond to current needs. Personal suitability is very important. A driver's license and car are required to get to work. Non-smoking is a requirement.
